Community Babying

It really takes a community to raise a child
Is it possible? When parents say, “Leave my child!”?
Possible? When kids say, “You’re not my mum/dad!”
We’re worsening, and we like it – Sad

I hear unease in minds, “What’s he saying?”

We should be sick of babies babying babies
Let’s go ‘primitive’ – let’s adopt community babying
At least, to raise a few mature gentlemen and ladies

Let’s reemploy community babying
Because, any baby is your, my, our future

That’s all I’m saying.
